Self injections, permanent nerve damage.

My PA went undiagnosed for more than two years. thankfully i have no permanent damage. I self inject weekly and have an Rx for b12. I also take a folate and an iron supplement and find this helps immensely to keep me feeling physically well, consistent energy levels every day. I dispose of my needles into an empty laundry detergent bottle, opaque and dispose in the trash.

If you are UK based then you should not be disposing of needles in the trash. You should be able to get a sharps disposal box from the chemist and take it back to them for disposal.
