Any of you who are having neurological symptoms may want to get your thiamine, or B1, checked. I have PA and have been feeling awful despite B12 injections. I have been diagnosed with Wernicke's Encephalopathy, or B1 deficiency. This is a really serious disorder and is worth ruling out.
