Has anyone been on beta blockers for another condition and found the side effect of major pain in the joints, especially at night?

Propranolol (beta blocker) and joint pain?
Yes I was on it and it caused me some joint pain it also made me cold all the time even in summer my hands and feet were ice cold joints were stiff and painful especially in winter, another side effect is I use to feel dreadful by around 4 each day it was horrible, I now take Lisinopril for my BP and it works well and have no side effects at all
I am recently diagnosed with Graves Disease and prescribed propranolol for the racing pulse. Then I started carbimamazole as an anti-thyroid drug and after 2 weeks had horrendous body aches; like when you have flu. I put it down to the carbimazole (it is a know side effect), but maybe it was propranolol.
Hard for me to say as I have widespread join pain anyway, but I had horrific pain in the shoulders (which is new) and it went away when I took a day off from carbimazole.
Joint pain doesn't seem to be on the list of unwanted effects at
patient.co.uk/medicine/Prop...
but anything is possible, I guess
Muscle fatigue is listed on the Specific Product Characteristics, although not the Patient Information Leaflet for propranolol.
For carbimazole:
Musculoskeletal system disorders
Isolated cases of myopathy have been reported. Patients experiencing myalgia after the intake of Carbimazole should have their creatine phosphokinase levels monitored.
