Neurological pain and Lumbarsacral Plexopathy

I've had this condition for a couple of years. My lumbosacral plexopathy is idiopathic in nature but causes horrendous nerve pain down my left leg and into my foot I also have a bulging disc which is now affecting my right leg and hip and sends shooting pains down my Ieg. I can't stand or walk for long. Currently taking Pregabalin 3x a day and tramadol at night. I'm under neurology at Salford Royal and also have an appointment with the spinal surgeon in January. I've just started with bladder issues as once I get the urge to pee I have to go as I can't hold it any more. Night time is the worst pain wise, as it often wakes me up. My concerns are this bladder thing as I'm just constantly worried now that I'll wet myself and there's nothing I can do about it
