Pain in groin , coming from hip

Had this issue in oct 2022, MRI at that time showed labral tears around hip, but it did settle over couple weeks, now this has happened again over week ago, cant move lip joint , move, wak etc without feeling severe pain in groin, having another MRI dine july 9th, has anyone out there had similar issue, and had steroid injection or surgery

I had pain in the hip joint and was diagnosed as having avascular necrosis of the hip. My hip surgeon told me that as the condition worsened, the pain would spread to the groin. It hasn't so far but worth considering.
