Happy but not really

Hello.i was so excited when I found this post but not really after seeing that no one has really gotten over it. Apparently it's permanent for the most part.i just got my 6k bill from hospital because I couldn't take it I thought it was a serious lung or heart problem but I'm cleared.i have the same symptoms I stretch and pop my sternum and get instan relieve. But it's being going g on for almost 5 months now. I order the back pod and gonna try and use it as best as possible it's agrevading not finding a cure and doctors are not helping.being going to chiropractor but honestly don't see a diffrence.if any one has any suggestions or if you've cured please lmk. TIA

I see that you are male 31 years old,,,unfortunately these things happen as we age…I was about your age when my early-onset arthritis hit and have since had 7 surgeries with more to come if I live long enough…if you have always been active, playing competitive sports/working out etc it is quite common as I was about your age when my arthritis hit and have since had 5 surgeries at now 57 years of age…sure it’s aggravating but as you continue to age that’s just what happens, aggravating pains, and other physical nuances seem to pile up…stay active do some weight training for building strength not to get “huge” and while a bother at times these normal aging issues won’t seem so bothersome…best of luck!
