There are many different yoga practices.Any that stretch the back and aren't too strenuous should be good.

Never over do it.

Good luck.

You can do yoga in a class, or 1-1 with most instructors. 1-1 is best for a start, for explaining ur needs, and as a trial. Any teacher should ask your probs and needs. Yoga keeps you supple and flexi, as u persevere. I learned Bowen, which also keeps u flexi, and helps develop 'core strength' which is essential for strengthening ur back. There are other approach, so good luck in finding what you need. Best. TimbowPSP
