I'm not being funny when u say dislocated do u mean it's locks all together u are having to get doctor to inject u to loosen it up if the answer is yes then ask ur doctor for an MRI as ur back will only do this if something is wrong and by locking it protecting it from further damage that's what mine was doing a lot before they finally gave me the scan found out what was wrong then now on medication. This is so so very painful and you should not be going through this without knowing what it is and getting help first to find out why and second to give u some form of medication to ease it off and help with the massive amount of pain you must be going through. Hopefully u get something sorted and request an MRI if ur back does this again go to hospital and they will definitely give u a Scan and u will find out there and then what's going on. Hope u feel better soon actually feel so bad for u very painful xxx

There could be lots of reasons for this happening so you need to press for a professional diagnosis. Once it does go back to normal though it might help to consider how strong your core muscles are and think about Pilates or some similar kind of exercise that works with improving posture and strengthening core muscles. These core muscles support movement and prevent injury. Is your weight where it should be ? Carrying too much weight can add to the risk of injury.

But the first thing while your back is like this is to get is assessed. If it's going to take a long time via the NHS then go to a physio or chiropractor who will look at the way the injury is affecting your movement etc.

Hope it improves soo .
