I am a researcher at Newcastle University, recruiting participants for a study investigating 'the experience of receiving a diagnosis in persistent pain'.

This will delve into your experience of receiving a diagnosis, what support was given and what you would have liked to have been given.

Follow the link below and complete the survey to inform if you want to be interviewed. Then, you may be contacted to arrange a 30-minute interview, for which you will be compensated with a £10 amazon voucher.

Hello Jacob Cullen, I am happy to take part. As far as I can tell, I fit the criteria. What do I do next?

Hi Trille,

Thank you for asking to take part, if you follow this link to complete a few questions your experience with receiving a diagnosis in persistent pain and your views on pain:

This should only take 5 minutes. Then, when we have gathered enough responses which should be about a week or so, I will contact you over this email, if you’d like, to arrange an interview time that is good for you.

This will be a 30 minute interview exploring your experience of receiving a diagnosis in persistent pain more in-depth, and you will be compensated with a £10 Amazon voucher at the end.

Thank you,

Jacob
