There could be lots of reasons and no one can diagnose you on here. Go and see your doctor. x

I posted a link further down the post for pain relief.

Why don't you give it a go.

Oh that's painful. I have a friend with it. I know nothing about it except isn't it to do with fallen arches? Sorry that is the limit of my knowledge. I wish you all the best though. x

I've had planter fashionistas for along time. Ssk your GP for an exersice sheet or ask to be referred to the orthotics department at your local hispital. They may give you insoles to help with the pain or GP may refer you to physio. It'shorrible but you can reduce the oain with special exercises. Hope this helps x

Mason your painful feet are nerve damage due to a vitamin b12 deficiency.I have experienced the same painful annoying symptom I am not a diabetic which can be another cause .I had feet taped ,saw podiatrist & physio a waste of time. The only treatment that gave me relief was vitamin b12 injections with vitamin b complex ,magnesium Supplements.Ask your Dr for active b12 as serum is flawed (below 450 you require supplements now .). folate, ferritin, iron, vitamin D levels.Unfortunately it took me 17 Drs to obtain a diagnosis.View documentaries on b12awareness.org for more life changing info.

Have you seen a podiatrist? They are the experts in foot problems and will be in a better place to diagnose it than a GP would be. in some areas you have to get a referral from a GP but in other areas you can self refer.

It really sounds like you need to see a podiatrist. Ask your GP tomorrow for a referral to one. The bump could be any number of things.
