I don’t even know where to begin its top to bottom pain from my fee to my head.. my hips hurt so bad I can barely walk. I have carpal tunnel in both wrists and both are so painful. I have endometriosis pains. I have anxiety depression I have polycystic ovaries I feel sick all the time. I’ve lost two stone in weight and now weigh 7 stone severely underweight can’t eat still being sick: it’s been months, I’ve seen doctors had scans and nothing I’m so ready to give up. I can’t cope anymore living like this. Everything hurts.

constantly in pain..
I’ve had to have a hysterectomy to stop my endometriosis. I’ve followed Hyster Sisters online to gather info about my hysterectomy. Diclofenac gel works good for pain since it doesn’t go into your body, it won’t mess with your stomach. Might also want to speak to a dietician to manage your weight. Just suggestions you might want to ask your gynecologist.
yes thank you, I have an app this morning with dr: and help and information is greatly appreciated.
Where do I get the gel from?
Sorry to hear about your pain. I have Diclofenac gel prescribed by my GP but I seem to think that you can buy it over the counter at the chemists.
Hello, my dear.Is anyone tested to see if is not fibromyalgia?
Just saying. I suffer with this and I know especially in winter time is horrible.
Wish you good luck.
Don't give up.
You're stronger than you know.
Xxxx
Hugs.

aww thank you such a lovely response, no Iv never been tested for it although it has crossed my mind on several occasions.
I’m not going to give up I want to have a healthy happy life that’s all. But my body seems to have other ideas. Relentless 😞 how do you test for fibromyalgia? Xxx
There is no test or blood test for fibromyalgia. They usually do a blood test to see if you have any inflammatory markers. If you do, then it's not fibro. Hope that helps
I do have inflammatory markers. I have endometriosis
Fibromyalgia can take a while to diagnose. I have picking in my legs and mild pain that shoots into my joints, knees and ankles. Took my doctor a year to diagnose me with Fibromyalgia.
I also had Fibromyalgia. I had to have a hysterectomy. Then they left half of my cervix in that needed to be removed because where I was cut started having HPV. Might not happen to everyone, but my cervix had to be completely removed.
Good luck!👍
oh this sounds absolutely awful I’m so sorry this happened to you 😞 I don’t even feel well enough in myself to have a hysterectomy if I’m honest. I’m so weak and unwell nothing to be but bones. Feel so latherhic. Don’t think I’d feel safe having surgery: when I had my Lap for endometriosis they found it in my stomach. I’m wondering whether it’s back after being removed ?
Hi, I totally understand what you are saying about hip pain. I have just had a visit to my chronic pain physiotherapist, he is very much advising to do specific exercises to help strengthen muscles around my hips, easier said than done!! Same old same old, need exercise to help lose weight and can't due to pain. I have come off all opiods as they numb the brain not the pain, use distraction therapies, keep your brain busy, train it to not think pain all the time, I work from home, keeps me busy, listen to music, do a jigsaw, cuddle the cats, practice mindfulness. I am still waiting for the pain management clinic to call with next appt, but not sure I want to go through with facet joint injections in my spine again. I am a few months off opiods now, wasn't easy but the pain isn't any worse, I take each day as it comes. As for fibromyalgia - I was told there is not a diagnosis for it (UK) they just have to rule everything else out. Take care, you are stronger than you think. Reach out for help. x
Thank you so much for your reply. It’s lovely to be able to vent on here no one else around me seems to understand what I’m going through. Which makes it 10 times harder to be able to reach out for the help. I’ve been discussing stuff today with my doctor but it’s just the same answers waiting on app and tests etc, just feels so lonely at times. Thank you ♡ xx
I'm so sorry you are going through this. I can relate somewhat as I have had chronic pain for over a decade now. What really helped me was speaking to a Pain Psychiatrist through Pain Management. I was prescribed 40mg of Citalopram and 15mg of Ariprazole. He tackled my depression rather than my pain. There is a strong link between Mental Health and Chronic Pain. Suffice to say, I am no longer in pain. Something which I never thought would be possible. Are you with a PM team?
I’m on sertraline and Duluxotine for depression and anxiety I have cocodamol for pain that’s all they’ve prescribed me. Iv been waiting for an app at the hospital for over a year in this pain. I have days I can’t walk it’s that bad 😞 how do I request a PM team not 100% what that is? I just feel lost and no help from drs or gynos regarding the problems. Thanks so much for ur reply x
Hi so sorry you are in so much pain. Apart from the womb problems, your pains sound the same as mine on a bad day... plus I've lost nearly 2 stone in weight too... anxiety can do that. I've started to eat more and and am gradually putting a little back on. My gp prescribed some drinkable food supplements as she was concerned about the weight lose.. I find it hard to take 1 a day and still eat my meals. It might be worth having a chat with your gp to ask for something for the anxiety and food supplements... don't be talked into taking mirtazapine!
It's an antidepressant and also an appetite stimulant... I tried it briefly, up every night raiding the fridge and gorging!... terrible drug.
Take care. x
ok thank you very much ❤️
