Six weeks ago I started with piriformis musle pain which soon turned to siatica as musle pressing on siatica nerve ,siatica pain gone just a few twinges from piriformus ,I thought this was the worse pain ever ,I was wrong two weeks after starting with piriformis siatica pain I started with the most horrendous pain in my neck, shoulders straight down my arms to wrists and fingers ,also muscles pain in my arms my arms also feel very weak ,my gp has told me this is trapped nerves in my neck,I'm not so sure ,I wondering is it a coincidence that it started same time as other pain ,I'm confused is it related to siatica or is it something else,I know it is hard to answer my question ,but I would like to know what others think

I have seen my GP for shoulder pain that started over a year ago was given physical therapy (did not help) and eventually that pain did go away but now I have weakness and pain in the muscles of the same arm as the shoulder pain and Im no longer able to open jars or clench my hand (no idea why) as far as my hip/side of leg and now my arm Im not sure if this is related to my psoriatic Arthritis or Hypothyroidism or something totally different…. I definitely don’t want pain medication I decline those always but I have been applying (Australian Dream Cream) which helps a lot with pain I get it from Amazon (not cheap) and not a cure …. Eventually I will have to see my GP but Im dreading it.
