Got a lot of pain in my hip and going from my buttocks down the back of my leg today. Plus due to over pronation of my foot, I have arch pain, heel pain, ankle pain and knee pain. I've got no balance in my leg since the arthroscopy, the hip muscle never regained consciousness and has caused all these other problems

How to cope with this pain
I can't tolerate orthotics. Spenko Polysorb cross trainers help me lots. I wouldn't be able to stand without them.
Did you contact the Doctor who did the procedure? Could it have caused some inflammation?
I hope it settles soon .
yes I did, he referred me for physio which I did religiously everyday but no matter how much I clenched the muscle, my leg would have snapped if I held it when walking, and it just swivelled back once I let go of the muscle. Plus that muscle used to throb night time from trying to train it but it never worked without me consciously holding it. Even 6 years later doing lunges with that leg I’ve got no balance.
You are being gaslighted. Go to the hospital where the surgery was done and see if they have a Patient Advocate.
The numbness you describe is nerve related. The pain down your leg may be sciatic nerve related.
Perhaps get another opinion. You are not being heard. Don’t give up. Bring an advocate with you.
