Hello I have had chronic pain syndrome since 1987.
I was in a accident 4 slipped discs in my neck I have nerves trapped nerves destroyed.
The pain is in my neck and both my arms. I don't sleep much and I can't do alot because of the pain in my arms. The pain today is the same as when I first got engured.
I am so sorry to read about your pain, Imam sure you have gone down every medical route.I injured my neck some years ago and I was lucky enough to find a good physio who helped me to put it right…

You poor soul - I'm sure everyone on here sends deepest sympathy for what you have gone through all these years. Can you not have anything strong at least at night so that you can get some sleep? So awful when you are awake at night all alone, I know.
I feel so bad for you! I herniated a disc in my neck in 1998 and had similar but not as bad pain down my arm. They gave me a steroid shot in my neck and was told never to pick up more than 10 pounds again. I also quit running and jumping (doing the polka). I now sleep on a cervical pillow I got from Foot Levelers to keep my neck in its natural neutral position. My pain in my neck and arm have since subsided, but I continue to be careful. Slipped disc's are easily fixed via surgery. Is this not an option?
