Ice packs

Suggestions for an easy to use ice pack on the low lumbar area. It is hard to keep something in place and my arm gets tingly when I hold the ice pack in place.

There are pouches with elasticated bands with Velcro type closures which are perfect for your situation.

Most any chemist will have them. The gel pack can often be cooled in the fridge, or heated in the microwave.

For both cool sheets and hot water bottles I wear my old dungarees and stuff them down there. Same as I did as a teen with really bad period cramps back in the 1970s!
