Pain in feet

Hi, yesterday I slowly noticed I got pain at the back of my feet and I put it down to my shoes. But I later noticed it’s not the shoe area it’s below there above the hall going up to the ankle area. The pain constantly there. Only one foot started and now suddenly the other has too. The pain seems to be going into my heels 🙈. By the way I had psoriatic arthritis but been pain free for years. This sudden pain is worrying me. Can anybody understand or even give ideas what they think it could be. Thanks

Inflammation of the Achilles tendon is very common in psoriatic arthritis so this could be a flare of that. What do you usually do to make yourself more comfortable during a PsA flare? Can you speak to your consultant or their nursing team?

My arthritis has practically gone. That’s why this pain I know is not related to arthritis. Seeing my doctor? I can’t ever get though it’sa nightmare making an appointment. Soo annoying
