I’ve started to get pain that is deep/throbbing/sharp (can’t even describe it) in my fingers and also my toes. I can use my fingers normally- bend etc. but the pain is just there constantly. What can it be

It could be your PSA is causing your finger and toe issues (flare) occasionally I get pains in my toes (big toe) and no its not gout like you my toes look normal.
