Weird bump on back of head

I attached a photo to show where the bump is but basically. I just noticed today cause the back of my head was hurting that I have two bumps in the circles area on on each side of like where my spinal cord comes to a end. The one of my left feels normal and doesn’t hurt the one on the right feels about 50% larger then the left and it hurts to touch it. Does anyone have any clue as to what it might be? Only symptoms I’ve been having recently is dizziness. Which I made another post about and I’m working on figuring out what’s causing that, so I’m just wondering if maybe this could be something of interest?

Really you need to go back to your doctors. Is impossible to see what you can see from photo. It may be to do with dizziness but have no idea if it does. Remember we are not medics here just people with different pain conditions who try to support each other with suggestions and advice. We really can’t diagnose although can give ideas as to what may be wrong. I wish you well with your search for answers.

Thank you. And yes I have 4 doctors appointments lined up for next month so I will definitely ask them

I suggest you see your doctor and get an MRI stat! It could be a tumour. The sooner it’s found the better.
