Hello I’m a 20 year old male in good health. This past Friday I was leaving my house with my girlfriend and out of no where I get a horrible pain in my right testicle I put my cold water bottle on it and in about a hour it went away and we went on with our day. Then I wake up Saturday morning all is good and around 3pm it hurts again so I ice it take ibuprofen and it doesn’t go away then I wake up Sunday and if still hurts so I go to the ER. Get a ultrasound done and they did a urine test both came back completely fine they said to just take ibuprofen get some rest and follow up with a urologist (which I’m going to schedule a appointment tomorrow). But im just wondering what can be causing this pain. It’s like a constant ache I have no bumps the ultrasound showed no bumps or tangles or fluid build up good blood flow etc everything was fine. I’m hoping maybe someone else has some words of advice thank you!
Pain only in right testicle: Hello I’m a 2... - Pain Concern
Pain only in right testicle
The ultrasound presumably ruled out the most acute and dangerous condition, testicular torsion, in which the blood supply would be compromised. Even with a normal UA you could have infection, orchitis or epidydamitis which would cause pain and be treea ted by antibiotics. Other causes are certainly possible. Your GP should be able to diagnose and treat infection if the wait to see the urologist Is long.
Dillan, so sorry, what a right bummer! I am a Bowen therapist, just retiring, and there are certain 'moves' in that which should help ...., ie. 'Pelvic Procedure'. Also more specific ones used in an advanced branch of Bowen, NeuroStructural Integration Technique. You may be Able to track down a good practitioner with Google. What area are you? Best Timbow
