Forgetfulness issues

Hi

I'm 56 years old. The last x amount of months, I've noticed that I'm becoming so forgetful and finding it so hard to make decisions. Adding to this, I've started urinating myself more. I can't help it.

I want to speak to my gp but then I think, maybe it's just me.

Please please please contact gp surgery. No this is not normal and needs examination by doctor.

See a doctor, yes. memory important, but urinating more definitely needs investigation. One of the symptoms of prostate problems. Does not mean you have, but get it checked
