Can this be sinisitus or anything neurological ? , please give advice .

18 male , 5'8 , 66 kg

•So i have this weird head pressure especially in my forhead that make me think im off balance due to the pressure , the pressure is not severe its just a mild one but its there it causes discomfort ,And when i tey to raise my eye brows i can feel the tightness in my forhead

• it does not increase when i bend so i think its not a brain tumour related ,i also had a congested nostril some days ago with green phlegm release (only in the morning) ,but now its gone

•i also was sneezing time to time .But it disappeard now but the head pressure is still there for 10 days now

•The main thing that makes me think that it might be sinisitus is when i touch the area below my eye brow right above eye it hurts like where these frontal sinuses are located (i have attached the photo pointing where it hurts ) and my forhead or sometimes top of head get all tight and make me feel miserable .

•And my ear sometimes gets clogged when i eat something there is also pressure that radiated from my tempals to my jaws and molars not pain but pressure type of very mild pain like sensation

i went to an ent and she said its sinisitus but she didn't do any endoscopic tests but just diagnosed me by my symptoms. and i think there might me some inflammation in nerves there or anything but i haven't have any injury prior to this . my cbc was normal a month ago .

the medication she gave me

for 7 days

1) Fluticasone Propionate B.P (3 times a day)

2) Desloratadine (three times a day)

3) esemoprazole40mg 1 time a day (for my dyspepsia)

for 4 days

•Betnenlan 0.5 (Betamethasone) (3 times a day )

•Dicloran 50 mg (Diclofenac Sodium) (3 times a day)

•Cipesta 500 (Ciprofloxacin) (2 times a day)

•Brexin (piroxicom cyclodextrine | lyophilized | ) (when i feel pressure or a headache )

Now i don't know if its really sinus and if its not and i take these medications especially ciprofloxacin it might give me horrible side effects please give any advice thanks have a nice day and thanks for reading .

It sounds like sinusitis. Do you have a nasal discharge? I haven’t had a sinus issue for a decade but I remember the pressure on the forehead, as you describe.

hey thank you so much for replying i really appreciate that , actually i had nasal discharge for a day or two and then it got cleared now i only have this weird pressure .

You're welcome. Yep, I'd say that's still sinusitis.

Sinus can be really awful as you describe , can be allOver the face , eyes and ears . Take the medicine as prescribed. Give yourself time to heal. If no better when the antibiotics have finished then go back to dr. again. Mine settles down after medication . Try not to stress

I to suffer from inflammation of the nerves. Mine is above my right eye and I have bloodshot eyes. Had 3 scans and they found nothing. Opticians think it to do with my rheumatoid arthritis and has given my eye drops as medication doesn’t help me. Only causes side affects.

Yes sometimes I do. It could be neuralgia you have. It very hard for doctor to pin point what mine is.

That sounds like what I deal with. Chronic sinusitis. I take a nasal steroid every day.

Also, we tend to become great weather predictors. Being - the barometric pressure change is felt in our sinuses. Little we can do about that... .

And, are you drinking enough plain water every day? Dehydration has a lot of these effects as well.
