Poor you, I’m sorry your suffering. I too struggle with stiffness , however I do advise you to keep moving because the stiffness will increase if you don’t try. Good luck
Hiya colourful 500,you're idea about physio might be perfect for you.Try to get a bunch of sessions via your GP cos then you'll be able to see what you can and can't do.Anything you do manage can only help, whether mentally or physically.Plus, you'll be on a 1/1 with the physio and youll be able to ask the physio things about recovery that a GP won't know.Gd luck.
You really need to see a Rheumatologist to rule out different types of Arthritis.... I have Psoriatic Arthritis that makes moving at times unbearable and Yes if I walk around too much my joints lock up ... so annoying!
I have seen a rheumatologist and because my bloods are ok they said not r a but I disagree as you can have ra and it not show up in blood seronegative ra.
I am phoning phyisio Friday so will discuss it with them....
True blood test don’t always diagnose RA and its even worse with PSA (Psoriatic Arthritis) no test just family history of psoriasis and then a process of elimination and tons of x-rays.... My PSA is horrendous and because of delayed diagnosis the damage is horrible and even worse its only been a year since Ive been able to walk without a cane prior to that bed ridden.
