I started today on 30 mg 3 times a day nefopam my gp gave me ,but i normally take codien or tramadol as the pain is bad at times but nefopam is not helping will it start to work as im in pain with my ibs

I tried nefopam for back pain, helped take the edge off but could not sleep whilst taking them so did not continue taking them.
