Anyone have neck and or back surgery I’m told I need both !! I’m FRIKEN out in massive pain all the time

You haven't given much detail, have you had MRI's, are there disc problems. Yes there are risks, but if you have a good surgeon, spinal decompression ops are relatively routine with only one or two nights in hospital. Pain relief may not be immediate but the operation may be to prevent further deterioration. If it's not an emergency there may be a long wait though. Good luck

As Hebe said, you are not giving much detail. Why do you need the ops?

I have had 5 spinal ops. Providing you have a good neuro surgeon you will walk out. I had no choice but usually they will explore all other avenues before deciding on surgery. Anyway tell us more.
