Chest Pains

Earlier today, I had this really sharp pain right in the upper part of my chest. And, I have had that pain off and on quite a bit throughout today. Could it be stress related, muscle related, or heart related? I have had a lot of stress this year (as all of us have) and I am not sure if it is not stress related. Thank you!

How old are you? It's probably stress-related. You might want to take about 15 minutes and lay down on the floor and do some stretches. Stretch the Torso slowly and gently. Also breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth 3 times slowly.
