I’m a 20 year old African American male I’ve been suffering from testicular pain for two weeks now. What should I do I’ve seen three urologist for my testicular pain did physical exam, lab exams and blood work and everything was normal which is great. But I’m still in pain so it’s frustrating to be in pain and doctors tell you everything is fine. So what should I do now about my testicular pain any ideas or people who share my experience in some ways please let me know because I don’t know anymore and if I have to live like this for the rest of my life I don’t know.

Is the pain constant or occasional or when they ‘bang against something’? If the former, their is a vein that connects direct to the heart which can sometimes push more blood in than necessary making them extra sensitive/prone to pain.

The testicular pain is sometimes it’s not constant. Sometimes out of nowhere they’ll be a sharp pain in the left testicle that radiates to the left side of my penis but this symptom is more recent. And it’s like my testicular pain is more of a discomfort then a pain. I saw a pelvic floor therapist and they she informed me that I have pelvic floor dysfunction so I’m thinking that’s the cause of my symptoms .
