sorry the post is long but please read it all if you can
Hello im a 22 YO male in the USA 6,3 and about 200 pounds. To start off I’m relatively healthy I work out 5x a week drink almost a gallon of water daily (I work outside) I don’t do drugs I do vape though.
But the reason I’m writing this post for the past year I’ve had dizziness that’s on and off meaning for a few weeks I’ll experience pretty bad dizziness then other weeks it’s pretty mild and tolerable. I’ve been seen by a ENT a cardiologist an allergist an ophthalmologist and a neurologist. Everything came back normal besides me having allergies I didn’t know about. They ran a million tests from CT scans to eye exams VNGS ultrasound etc. All is normal I’m going back to all those doctors to try new tests or see if they missed something. The dizziness I experience happens in my eyes from what I can tell. I get dizzy in dim/dark lighting, in big stores (my eyes feel overwhelmed by everything going on) looking at moving objects like cars driving by etc and I get dizzy driving at night, being tired makes the dizziness worse, playing sports such as basketball makes my dizziness worse due to having to turn quickly track the ball etc and looking at a pattern like stripes checkers etc makes me feel dizzy. My question is what can cause this that maybe I’ve missed I’ve looked online to figure out what it might be and the only thing that really matches up is Binocular vision disorder. Has anyone experienced something like this before and if so what do you do to fix it and Llll what doctors did you see

Hi Dillan, I’m in the UK. I’m sure with your millions of tests, these would have covered Migraine. It sounds a lot like it to me. I don’t have Migraine so I’m not speaking from experience, although I do get the zig-zags when getting tired or watching tv. Hope you find a solution soon.
Hi Dillan, some of your symptoms are same as those for Migraine. Look it up. They may all be leading up to having Migraine. I’m recovering from Shingles and, now I know, I may have recognised the strange symptoms I had before the blisters emerged. Good luck with finding the cause of your symptoms. xx
Hi Dillan, I don’t know how health system works in US, but here a General Practitioner (your own doctor) has to refer you to a Specialist, like a Neurologist. Can’t your doctor come to a solution for your problem? I think a Neurologist is the answer. xx
Did they check your vitamin B12 and Iron bloods too ? these bloods are often over looked and both Vitamin B12 deficiency/Iron deficiency have listed symptoms of dizziness. ( Please research yourself..)
Also if you were lucky to have these two bloods done note that within the blood ranges there are grey areas which also get over looked.
On Health Unlocked there is an another community site called PAS (for those who have or suspect they might have low/deficient vitamin B12.) Some are knowledgeable on iron too. Also check out the Thyroid UK community here on Health Unlocked as TUK also are knowledgeable on B12 and Iron symptoms.
They both might ask you for a printout of your bloods and ranges.
