Pain between right shoulder blade and spine
Have u seen a chiropractor? A good one will xray u first then help u.You might just need an adjustment or soft tissue work done on ya!?
Hope you find the answer soon.
I have an impingement in my shoulder which causes a similar pain.
Hello Tats1981
Sorry to hear that you are experiencing pain in your right shoulder blade/spine and that you feel it is worsening.
I think it would be useful for you to contact your GP to investigate the cause of the pain further. Are you taking any medications to help relieve the pain? Please see below for more information about medications used to help manage pain, perhaps you can discuss these with your GP? :

Sorry to hear about your pain, I suffer from this it comes and goes throughout the year, the pain is unbearable sometimes, I find rubbing Vicks vapour rub on the area helps,it really helps for me,please give it a go and let me know if it works for. you, sending hugs and hope you feel a little better soon xxxx
I get something that sounds the same. Years ago I had repetitive strain injury there and now I find if I do something that uses my right arm for too long it flares up. Something to think about perhaps.
I had the same for 6 months as well. I found a massage therapist that could get into the fine muscles and tendons and stretch them and following that , I would see my chiropractor. He did not adjust harshly however. I found by doing that for a few months at bimonthly appointments it helped significantly. Also, in between, I found using a cbd ointment and warm baths was helpful.
