Hi all I need help about stomach cramps

I have stomach cramps pain I call my doctor he told me drink water today is 7 days still pain please help me if you experience for this stomach pain and cramps

Well honey is it from stress perhaps ? You may have gastritis inflamed tummy. So try to control the stress deep breathing in belly soft diet no sugar or hard things no pop coffee Spivey foods and try taking tums. It can take awhile to settle. It’s no fun.

do you have constipation? if so try All Bran or Weetabix with a couple of spoonfuls of All Bran, if its acid or reflux we find Gaviscon Dual action the best. Do you have more than one doctor at your practice or can you ring the practice Nurse for help. Hope you get sorted.
