Hello everyone I just wanted to know if anybody else gets abdominal pain in the upper area ?? The longer I sit in the car and drive the more my upper abdominal area hurts, it feels like my muscles are getting tighter and tighter and then my arms starts to tingle

That sounds like a postural musculoskeletal problem. Sometimes some muscles are not as strong as others, and if someone has to sit in a particular position for very long it can put so much strain on a set of muscles that they start to hurt.
It might be worth seeing if you can self refer to a physio as they should be able to figure out what is going on and what to do about it.
