I had abdominal pain for probably 3 weeks and now I'm having a sharp pain in my upper back whenever I bend forward or twist to the left. It's almost like a pinching sensation and it occurs probably a cm to the left of my spine. It seems to be located behind my breast or slightly lower.
It started yesterday and i'm having these pinching sensations. No fever, no vomiting, none of that terrible stuff. I haven't been super active so that doesn't explain the pains i'm getting.. I'm a genuinely healthy 19 yo male.
Went to the drs a week ago describing my symptoms and they said possible costrochonditis but that still makes no sense to me. Any ideas maybe?

Why do you say that costrochonditis makes no sense to you? It does sound like that is what it is. We can't diagnosis things here, that is for the GPs to do, but we can support you by suggesting that maybe you need to look at the anxiety in your life, as this will be making you feel worse.
Are you living at home with your parents or do you live on your own?
Yes i've discussed essentially every symptom with them and they too believe theres nothing seriously wrong with me (which i too believe as my appetite has returned i'm just extremely annoyed as its been for a month straight and the smallest things i.e pain in my jugular have been driving me nuts)
