Hi there, good afternoon evening, when ever and whatever you are, i just suffred from sciatica about 3 years, in these years i was completly lost my self, and just thought with my self that iam disabled and it is over, when it is too hard even sitting on chair more than 10mins or every night see nightmare of legpain/backpain and i was disable to walking running even thinking, you know in times of pain a person cant focus on something, so it is frustrating, but things changed, by the time passed i feel much better and iam getting better, i was on this nice community about 1 or 2 years ago, i just wanted to say if you (yes you are who reading this) are suffering from a chronic pain, just dont worry, they are come to go, it will be fine oneday, standby it is getting better

Hi Kasra, you are very optimistic. True not all pains are forever some do get better or improve. Its difficult to accept for those in chronic pain. I know when pain flares up it is terrible, but even for me my pain varies but never goes away even with painkillers. I have had pain for many years due to arthritis, more severe at present as other joints are involved. But some things can take your mind off the twentyfour hour pain. I find distraction does help. Enjoy your day.

I was on strong painkillers for many years and I got a doctor recommendation to try a course and go "Opioid FREE!" I was maxing out on Tramadol daily and in the end the pain was not better and my mind was in a continual fog! It took a few months of talks and reduction but I have been Opioid free now for nearly 2 years. My brain is so much clearer and Quiz questions are being answered and it is working. The Mind is a powerful thing and keeping a PMA is paramount.

Be well

Thank you Offcut, I was down to hardly any Tramadol till Xmas when my knee went following an injection which went wrong I am sure as it was so painful when done I nearly hit the ceiling. Now I am waiting for a knee replacement which no one knows when it will take place if at all so I have to use a frame plus extra tramadol again. Sounds like you are doing well on pain side what about the rest of you? hope your wife is well too best wishes .

Hi kati, thanks for the reply, and iam so sorry to hear that you have pain, Have you ever tried green/lime coloured moringa powder ? They are miracel for the arthrits, iam findout that taking NSAID's is not the solution for the chronic pains, try exercise or gluten free diet or anything decrease inflament in your body but painkillers, arthrits develops by age so once they appear they wont go away, but you can manage them and pain free, i know lots of ppl who managed their arthrits using simple ways, exersice will help, how old are you and how many years you have these pains ?

Hello Kasra as many on here know I have had arthritis with pain since in my thirties I am now in my seventies. I've not tried the one you suggest but have tried many others. Nsaids are not good for long term treatment especially for those with lung conditions. Tramadol is not ideal for long term use either as it effects breathing, but for some opiods are the only choice. I have lost weight in the past and it helped, however I am trying a patch right now for weight lose which does not seem to be as miraculous as adverts imply, so I am getting nowhere fast as I can't walk either now. I can only do chair exercises plus light weight lifting as in one kilo. Can bend but plays havoc with the breathing and knee joint. Till December2019 I was fairly active in a slow way but pain is a problem. My daughter is trying gluten free diet on most days and she has lost weight but not the arthritic pain. Hope this helps you to see that there is no one for all cure or releif you have to test all things Tumeric works well for many as do other diets& herbal remedies I tried CBD but it is expensive unless it works it has now been released in a patch form for all day slow release which often controls pain better. Pills have so many side effects not least side effects from pain injections of steroids in your joints . Thank you for suggested options and hope you continue to have pain free health.
