Sometimes the right side of chest when I turn and when I press on it it'll make a grinding and crunching noise but I'm not in any pain at all wondering if anyone can help

That could well be something like costochondritis or similar. There are many joints in the rib cage, where each rib joins either the breastbone or sternum and around the back too.
