I have been experiencing a very swollen and hard stomach for over a week now. I have just come off the contraceptive pill and I am expecting my period this weekend. Could this be a bad case of pms? I have been getting severe cramps and lower back pain as well.

Could it be spasms or constpation ?? Id def call ur gynecologist.
Do you think you may have constipation? Impacted perhaps. I would definitely try to see your dr for this.
