Increasing Pain in abdomen
Hi
I have right upper quadrant pain , it started off at non alcoholic fatty liver disease, (caused by meds from my drs over the years), it then went to non alcoholic steatohepitis and I now have compensated cirrhosis. I don't want to scare you but it might be worth asking your gp to do an ultrasound and if need be CT scan, fibroscan and biopsy. These are only suggestions but please do mention it to your GP. Take care Lynne
Thanks Lynne, and there lies the issue...had an abdominal ct that showed the mesenteric condition, endoscopy that showed gastritis but took him less than 90 seconds to complete so not convinced he saw everything.....now had a cardiac ct and wait results...still going bright red and hot in face and hands and have this weird feeling of something in abdomen.....feel tired.....Now with COVID-19 just concerned that they will find something sinister when it's too late to treat it !
Hi Arnhem, I had an iguinal hernia repair after it became strangulated. 6mths after that surgery I needed another op as I'd taken another hernia just above the first 1. After that surgery, I have felt like there's a freeze like the way your mouth feels after dentist freeze!
I also had a mesh put in. My problem...the surgeon cut the iguinal nerve, resulting in severe pain in the groin and pain that goes right down the leg! The mesh definitely causes all sorts of pain too as the tissue around it tightens. I will have this weird feeling and all the different types of pain for the rest of my life...the surgeries took place 16yrs ago!
