For the past few months now (since Feb/March) I’ve been experiencing pain almost every single day. It started with my joints in my fingers and wrists and now all my joints hurt from time to time. My arms ACHE especially the left arm and my shoulders also hurt too. My upper back pain is the most annoying one as it comes on randomly and will stay for hours. Another pain symptom I’ve been experiencing now is sharp/stabbing chest pain. I also get the same feeling around my upper abdomen. I am so worried it may be something sinister as all this pain is just so unexplained and comes on at random times, especially at night.
I feel so exhausted all the time too. I feel so fed up and depressed because this pain is consuming me. Every day there is not a moment where I am not in pain and I have no explanation for it.
I have been to the doctors multiple times that say it’s my VitD deficiency, anxiety, bad posture etc. But it just doesn’t feel right. I don’t want to be in pain anymore and I just want to know why I’m in the pain that I’m in
Thank you

I will try this out, so far I am cutting out a lot of junk food because I’m trying to lose weight since I’ve managed to gain 7kg these past 9 months.
Hi
I'm so sorry you are in so much pain. Me too, I have many conditions. Has your ever mentioned fibromyalgia? It's just a thought, he could then refer you to rheumatology. Could you take someone with you to the DRS to back you up? Thinking of you Lynne
I have thought of fibromyalgia because my friend suffers from it. However I don’t think it’s that since I have seen my friend during her episodes and I cannot begin to imagine what she goes through. I do suffer a lot from health anxiety and majority of my family/friends believe that is what’s causing my pain. But this pain just feels so different and deep and has lasted a long time so I am skeptical. I am just worried that it may be something serious
Could your Dr refer you anyway? Have you had bloods, scans etc done? When you go to your GP, write down every question you have and if someone is with get them to jot down answers. I do this when I go to see my consultant cos otherwise I forget what I wanted to ask and then I wouldn't be able to remember the answers!! Please take care Lynne
If the doctor is saying bad posture. They must have noticed something
You say: "I just want to know why I’m in the pain that I’m in". You will never know the answer to this question. All the possibilities are just too numerous. All one can do is start by doing something and see what changes. Hence the Alexander Technique links.
My normal suggestion would be see a McTimony chiropractor. How ever in this case any adjustments could be rendered undone by your possible bad posture.
Maybe it could be acid reflux . I had the same thing with the sharp chest pain once my acid reflux calmed down the pain did too .
Hi Simran, if this isn't getting any better you need to speak to your GP about bloods and a mri scan , your pain needs sorting out , I have chronic pain which under meds keeps it under wraps it isn't nice to live with , good luck.
I have had blood done about a month ago which all came back normal, I have not had any scans yet regarding my areas of pain but I will be sure to mention this to my GP in my next visit. Thank you
Hi there, don't be told it might not be anything to worry about I made that mistake to my cost unfortunately.
