My hell started a month ago. Every morning I woke up with pain in my neck, but after the morning exercises everything went away, so I did not pay much attention to this. A month ago, after charging, I realized that the pain did not go away, I had a panic, a shock.

I went to the doctor. It turned out that I sleep on a soft mattress from this and pain in my neck. Prescribed a painkiller and said to buy a new mattress, otherwise, nothing will change. He recommended me several websites with mattresses and then I realized that he wants to survive money from me, these mattresses and tablets cost so much that it’s enough to buy a small house. When I realized this, I sent him where he went further, went to the pharmacy and asked for an analog of the pills that he tried to give me, it turned out that their real price was 3 times cheaper. The mattress found today also on this site itself: talkaboutsleep.com/best-mat... . Conclusion: be careful and do not lose your head. I hope all this helps.

Hi Liam. sorry for your troubles. I guess you are not in the UK as GPs here would not recommend such things to their patients.

Do some research before you buy a new mattress and make sure it the right one to support your neck and spine. As they are connected then problems with one can lead to problems with the other. Try to have a fairly flat pillow as well. Just enough height to keep your neck at the correct angle.

I don't know how much you use a mobile but sitting for long periods with your head bent forward over the phone can cause real problems with neck pain and stiffnees. Try to hold or prop your phone up to at least table height when you are sitting . More like the height of a lap tap on a table.

Hope things improve soon

You can get really amazing mattress on wowcher that how’s I got mine as I needed a new one as I’m bedbound and have to sleep and lie on one side. V pillows or memory foam contour pillows are great for neck and spine pain all these things changed mine and my partners life.

I hope your neck is better now
