SCARED!!! Shadows in the kidney.. scared !!

Hello, I went for an ultra sound and they found shadows in my right kidney.. has anyone ever had this and what was the diagnosis? I know it could be many things .. but I’m so scared and I can’t even focus! Please help!!!!!

I hurt by back and went to therapy.. but every time they touched the kidney area it would hurt... so they sent me in for an ultra sound.

A couple of Years ago I had a really bad pain and went to the hospital.. they found blood in the Urine but nothing else.. went to a urologist and they never saw anything .. could I have passed a stone at the time and these are also stones or something

Cannot comment on what results mean. This is a matter for a medical person. You are right to be scared you are in unknown territory. The being scared is so high that as you say you cannot focus.

Just as an emotion comes so will it go. It takes time and the length of time depends on the emotion and its level. I suggest go for a walk or a number of walks. This hopefully will help prevent the emotion becoming fixed and move it on. Be prepared for the exhaustion when you come down from the being scared. Exhaustion means rest so take the rest.

All emotions are felt in the body. By changing the body though movement we change the emotion.

The question to ask here is what are they doing about? A shadow on a kidney especially by ultrasound can have a number of causes. Have they arranged for you to have a ct scan? Which would be far more diagnostic.
