Pain after Venogram

I had a Venogram Tuesday, they went in through the back of my knee. My leg still hurts and I can’t squad or go up stair without lots of pain. Plus now my leg muscle are twitching. Has anyone had a Venogram and how long did the pain last and did you have any twitching?

Have you any aids to give support, like a walking stick

Hopefully the pain will eventually go. Sad to say things in the back of the knee may be bruised. You can purchase knee support bandages if you feel uncomfortable when climbing stairs that may help. Have words with your GP. It may take a week or so for the pain to go. Try and support your knee with pillows on each side to prevent movement. If you have a soft pillow place next to the thigh, so the knee is raised, supported

Do you have anyone to help
