post physio tiredness?

So I've had physio for my coccyx pain and lower back, this is the third session (once a week). It involves stretches, some quick exercises, massage to open up my back and hips, massage to relieve tightness along my spine.

I feel really wiped out for two days after each one, is this normal? Of course it aches too - not hurts, just aches like I've used the muscles a little too much so that's okay.

We only did stretches and some massage yesterday but I'm feeling so tired :(

Change can be exhausting. What is normal or not is impossible to tell.

Look at the work of Thomas Myers, Dr Ida Rolf F. M. Alexander. They all did body work. There are some references to some of the people they worked on being tired erw afterwards
