The best advice is to read the accompanying leaflet.
That will tell you all you need to know

Hello there. The question as to whether you can drink on it is strange considering the other meds you say you are on. Valium/Diazepam, Prozac and Kopake all are not recommended to consume alcohol. Alcohol not only accentuates the soporific side effects of some meds but also inhibits the effectiveness of some meds particularly those with a neurological prime intent.
Thank you very much
No worries at all Solphadeine. I'm sometimes on Diazepam myself as a muscle relaxant and made the mistake once of having a couple of mojitos whilst in Cuba and you could have peeled me off the ceiling ! I know a couple of people on Prozac/Fluoxetine and I know they are very circumspect with alcohol. Ben.
Omg
Whst does circumspect mean
Cautious or wary. I have a strange habit of eating dictionaries lol.
Thanks lol
No probs Solphadeine. I have stenosis myself but mine is a side effect of my main spinal injury which is 4 prolapsed discs in my lower back.
Bungee jumping is a no no atm lol.
Sorry to hear that ben
Mine is relentless six years
Im overweight because of it
Very unhappy
I dont feel cautious taking the prozac with the ne tablet
Palexia
Six years is a long time to endure pain at that level Solphadeine and I hope the new meds give you some degree of relief from it.
Can you exercise at all with your condition? I have an exercise bike which has support for my lower back and when I can't use even that then I have a simple set of foot pedals which I can use whilst sat in a chair.
Sorry to read that you are very unhappy too. Stay positive, there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Keep smiling, Ben
Im afraid to exercise ben
Why is that? Gentle exercise with a few different exercises either from your GP or a physio. Your body is a barometer of what you can do so sometimes I know that making a brew is my limit and on others I can cycle a few kms on the old exercise back plus my routines from the Orthopaedic physio.
Im afraid of cauda aquina
Ah, I know it well ! I've been hospitalised twice via A&E because of the possibility of that. Do you see a physio atm?
No, never been to physio
Hello Solphadeine.
I think your next move might be to go back to your GP and get referred for physiotherapy.
The actual physio can itself help but I have always found the advice given and the exercises suggested to be of greater help and obviously the physio will suggest exercises compatible and beneficial to you condition and physical capability. Ben.
Thanks, I appreciate that
No worries at all and I hope you are feeling better today.
I should be in London atm as I had a ticket to go and see the Seahawks v Raiders game at Wembley with friends but sadly my back isn't up to travelling there from Oxford today. I used to play American Football and Seahawks are my team. Its days like this that are the ones that bring home how my life is different now.
Anyway, I'll watch it on tv and play spot my mates in the crowd lol.
