Palexia

Pain medication Palexia and Oxyndone have hardly impacted. Spinal surgeon says pain should reduce after 4 to 6 weeks. Any advice would be greatly helpful.

The Dr told me to take 1/2 Palexia if the pain returned which I have just done. How long will the pain remain? What do the raised parts on my back mean? I am not allowed to do rehab until the 12 week mark. Also no bending, twisting or lifting. I appreciate any response.

I started with 50mg Palexia, and that was only good for about the first month. Now on 100mg Palexia and down to 1 1/2 tablets Sifrol. I'm still suffering from midday to 11pm every day.

I was on palexia for pain with little relief. I was told due to methadone. I am up most of night now, every night. No pain now but no sleep. I see neurologist in October . Gp is helpful. What to do? Help please , from all you experts. Thank you, Picol

I attempted to get to 4:5mgs and boy my body went mad, on the second day at night I was so dizzy and had the worst strangest headache I had to go to bed with two Panadol extras, a Palexia, and an Ativan as I was spinning out.

As I have an extremely addictive personality, when I had a bad back, my Dr gave me tramadol. 3 year later, after faking situations, manipulating Drs and even threatening them, my body and mind was so conditioned with opiates, tht I would take 300 endone, 100 codeine, 150 palexia every month.

I have always taken Palexia which worked well for a couple of years & then only lasted for a couple of hours. My question is, what is the best thing to do now, I have read that I should wean myself off the Neupro but what to do I take in the meantime ?

Anyway, apart from being on the opiate Palexia for the pain, I am on a weekly tablet, a bisphonate which is similar to Fosamax. However, the specialist is switching me to Forsteo, the 2 year jab you have been discussing. I will get free on the national health service here, (thank goodness).

I have suffered from RLS for many years, the only thing that helped & assured a few hours sleep was Palexia ( Opiate) . Last year I got a brain tumour & I had a craniotomy followed by 30 sessions of radiation. My RLS got considerably worse & Palexia did not help much.

A friend takes Palexia and Lyrica together which helps her. Would Palexia have the same effect as Targin. Because of this corona virus I have to have a phone visit with GP on Thursday and on my last Of the 2 week trial of Targin. I need to do my research before his call. Thank you

Has anyone had success taking Palexia 150. I take Tramal SR and wondered if Palexia would be better as I am feeling little benefit from the Tramal. Thank you

He is on 2x 100/50 Madopar tabs 3 times a day, a lowish dose of Palexia for his lower back pain and is currently taking 200mg of B1 hcl. We seem to have most PD symptoms under control except for insomnia which has been a problem for him for decades.

I’m also taking 3mg daily prednisone & Palexia painkillers. However, 18months ago, after huge amount of stress going on with Family in the U.K. Leflunamide coulcn’t seem to cope anymore.

I have been taking Panadeine Forte, and Palexia but the pain is just so intense and it’s really affecting me both mentally and physically. I’m a very positive person but at the moment I’m really struggling and also grieving this diagnosis.
