Pain in right side chest area.

Was working and got some pain in My right chest area under the nipple to the left a bit. Every time I sniffle deep it hurts. I cough it doesn't hurt. I twist to the left it hurts in that area. Was also asleep woke up it hurt to breath then I took a deep breath and somthing popped . need some help on possibly idientiying it thx.

Sorry we can't do a diagnosis only offer advice.

Best to see your GP but if it gets worse call an ambulance of get to A&E

Banana is right, we can't diagnose here, but it is worth remembering that there are many muscles and joints in the chest area. There are different muscles that run between each rib and there are joints where the ribs attach onto the breastbone. And like any other joint in the body, we can sprain and strain those joints and muscles.
