Inpechment of right shoulder
If you can take Ibuprofen that might work, I take tramadol and paracetamol for arthritis and shoulder pain as I can't take Ibuprofen or nsaids. Cant you get a telephone appointment with GP or go to walk in centre for a prescription??
I have shoulder impingment syndrome also. I increase my pain relief, only when it’s bad. A wheat bag might help as well. It might be worth when you see your GP to ask to be referred for physio therapy sessions for exercises as that is the best way to treat it ongoing now you’ve had the injections.
I used 600mg. ibuprofen 4 times daily and a sling when not working. Heat or ice may help too.
2 ibuprofen throughout the day 5 hour intervals. If the pains severe 1 codeine. But they can make you a bit drowsy. Sounds like the doctor is fobbing you off with injections and not treating the core problem . You might need physio or surgery .
