Hi Everyone. It is lovely to meet you all again. I'm Charlotte and I've suffered from Fibromyalgia for nearly 8 years (though I did not know it was that until two years ago) I posted a few times on this site but since have just been a reader. Now I am trying to be proactive and I am working to try and raise awareness of Chronic Pain and educate people about it. At the moment the form that is taking is that I want to hear from as many people and fellow sufferers as possible. To get your stories and opinions and guidance on what you think about Chronic Pain and the surrounding issues. Of course any comments on this are incredibly welcome but I would also really like as many responses to my two surveys as possible (links below). I would also love it if you could share it with the people in your life - friends, family, colleagues. It should only take a few minutes of your time. I hope you can do this for me. Wishing you all a good pain day.

Thanks hugely in advance, Charlotte xx

Ok so I fills it in. Takes ages. By the end is am in more pain and can't see through the fog. So forgive me.

I was just expecting a submit button, but am confronted by a page that looks like it wants to sell me a car or something.

I do t fill in the personal details. I swears at it and my inability to see clearly.

And it's gets me thinking, how will it inform your way forward.

From computer illiterate.com.

And someone who had words dancing in an unco ordinated way by the time i had navigated through said form.

Good on you though.

Just one point. Those of us suffering crhonic pain are motivated to find answers and help. Therefore concentration allowing, will often invest time and energy reading and sifting information. However often others even "professionals" will loose the will to read much. So education needs to tailored to the group you hope to reach.

Short and snappy for them as are pain free.

Hoping you is having a pain free day.

Good luck on your journey.

Hi nedd. I am very sorry you had so many issues. I tried to make it as simple as possible but give space for people to express their views if they wanted to. I think the page you are talking about is past the end of the survey and it is the survey company's page trying to encourage other people to make surveys with them. I have changed a couple of things which I can on the final page so hopefully that should be clearer for everyone who does the survey after you so thank you very much for letting me know about that. You make a very good point and that is one of the things I am working on as it can take ages to try and find the information which is relevant to your situation. I really appreciate your time and your comments. Thank you very much, wishing you a pain free day also :)
