I have pain in the middle of the chest from past two years. I don't have any other issues and not even any food issues.. Am 28 years old. Can you suggest any solution

There isn’t any it will be costochondritis it will eventually pass , things can irritate or make it worse like heavy lifting, a cold or exercise, one of the main causes is stress maybe look at what is going on in your life especially if your only 28.

If you start to develop pain that is different from the one your already experiencing then go and see a doctor. I hope you’ve seen one before now ?

My Profession is teaching in class, after the class I was getting mild pain for some time.. Now daily am getting mild pain
