Hi everyone it's been a long time that I have posted anything but it's been a real challenge living with pain. I've been so depressed that I don't want to talk with anyone. I'm tired of drinking medication that don't give me relief. I understand what everyone is going through and is a big challenge.

Morning. You are not alone. Living with chronic pain can be overwhelming at times. It can create a permenant stress condition which is very debilitating.

I actually think that the pain medications can have an adverse effect on mood especially when they don't work.

What is the root of your pain and what alternatives to standard medications are you trying ?
