Hi Ronnie I had very bad back I had 5 fractures in my spine and I had the nerves cut and injections in my back and it was very hard to get rid of the pain. But now the pain has gone as I take slow releasing dihydrocodeine 90mg and one 30mg of regular dihydrocodeine with 2 paracetamol and for me it has worked amazingly I am in no pain if I am on my legs for a long time then I may get a twinge but that is all. If it wasn't for this little concoction of tablets I would still be in pain but the one that really made the difference was the slow releasing dihydrocodeine as I took the others before and was still in pain but since I was put on the slow releasing dihydrocodeine with then I have no pain, more or less from the first tablet. I truly hope that this is of some help for you. I wish you well and take good care of yourself. Jan101 xxx
