Knee injury

I had a knee injury before almost 2 yrs. I had ACL reconstruction surgery but my leg is not normal. My knee extension and bending is not proper and there is so much pain in walking and standing. What should i do?

I don't know what you can do. I had a knee injury in June and I am still suffering pain standing and walking sounds the same as you. scan result s show teirs in 3 ligaments I am waiting to hear if I need surgery. would you recommend it or would you say by that statement it makes no difference? I hope you find some relief and help
