I'm doing all my exercises but it's not helping . I must have rolled my ankle climbing out of a boat not broken . Knee showed up ok and ankle X-ray. But can a ankle ligament cause knee not tracking proper better leg hip hurting and back ache. Iv been going 5 months now with this I can only walk so far.

When I damaged wrist ligaments I was told I would actually have been better off if I’d broken wrist! So yes ligaments can take along time to heal. I used a wrist support and eventually it did clear up.

Hi there! Back in 2018 I rolled my ankle playing sports, took about 4-5 months to fully heal to the point I could return to sport again. I did physical therapy on my own, mostly stretch band exercises, had it wrapped most of the time. Strengthening it is the most important part, and that should start as soon as a week or two after injury to prevent scar tissue forming. I think that saved me from more complications with it, but now I have separate issues with same leg but different injury 😅

I had a pretty deep cut on my right shin, wound seems to have healed but still have pain in that area everyday. I have that cold feeling too in my foot, but when temp is taken it’s only about 1/2 degree colder than the other one.

Yes, all those things can be caused by a problem in the foot. If you are not putting weight on the foot in the normal way it will through out the knee and back causing problems there. Also if the nerves in your foot are irritated it can make your knee and back hurt too.

Have you seen a podiatrist?

I agree with Cyberbarn. A podiatrist may be able to help. If your biomechanics are not aligned properly it can reak havoc on so many other body parts. A podiatrist can assess your situation and make custom orthodics to help your feet and the rest of your body play better together because of better alignment. Good luck!
